1) These items must be provided by pet owner:

  • Pet food
  • Pet’s personal item e.g. blanket (anything with its own scent to give sense of security)
  • Flea prevention medicine dripping to be done
  • Pet’s vaccines proof (required by law)

2) Due to the small numbers of ensuite we have, check-in and check-out time will have to be very specific in order to provide the best service to all of your guests. Extra fees will apply due to late check-out.

  • Check-in: 4:00-8:30pm
  • Check-out: 12:30-3:30pm

3) A friendly reminder to all Owners that cats are sensitive animals. Changing the environment will cause soft stools because of nervousness. We provide Feliway cat fragrance, catnip, and sprays when needed in order to comfort its stress tension. (Will get consent from Owner before use)

 

4) We offer combing and wiping eyes on a daily base routine. However, we will not provide any of the above daily services if our client gets nervous due to an unfamiliar environment. We hope that all Owners will understand that increasing any stress towards our clients is never our intention.

 

5) We only serve cat food that is provided by the Owner. Canned food will not be left overnight, it is to prevent any bacteria in the canned food, and the possibility of diarrhea. Our clients will be fed by noon; canned food will be taken away even if they have not finished within an hour.

 

6) In order to avoid intense diarrhea due to sudden changes in the environment. We earnestly request Owner ensure that all dry food is within the consumption date, and it is highly recommended not to be opened for too long.

 

7) We will get consent from Owner before giving out any treats that are not from the Owner. Please feel free to bring in any treats with you on your arrival if you are concerned about the branding of the treat.

8) Please kindly note that Pets with muscle cramps, heart diseases, chronic illness, skin disease and fleas will not be accepted here.

Any deposit paid will not be refunded if the above listed case is found during check in

9) As our shop does not provide 24 hours service, please do let us know all sorts of medical information about your cats as we want to make sure your cats are well taken care of. If they do have long term illness such as cramp or heart disease, for the sake of your cats, you may consider bringing them to a clinical vet as they need proper medical care.

On the other hand, if any skin problems or bugs are found when checking in, we are afraid we will not be able to complete the check in process.

10) Please note that no refund of deposit will be granted if the above situation happens.

11) Cat Seasons Hotel reserves the right to vary or cancel the offers and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
